Volunteers

Islington Carers Centre always welcomes offers of help from volunteers as we are understaffed and under-resourced, and our staff members are always very busy..

We need help with:

	Our newsletter mail-out every 6 weeks
	Folding leaflets
	Coordinating other volunteers for various tasks (making telephone calls)
	Information stalls at various events and during Carers’ Week
	A bulk newsletter car delivery to the Town Hall and Primary Care Trust once every 6 weeks
	General clerical and reception duties
	Members for our Management Committee (some knowledge of health and social services required)

Travel expenses, some training (if necessary) and lunch provided
