There are 6 million carers in the UK and 175,000 of them are under 18. Can you imagine what they are going through? With an ageing population these figures could double in the next 5 years, so we have a staggering challenge facing us in the future. The support we offer Carers ranges from advice, advocacy and information to grants, respite breaks, carers groups and consultations and monthly health days, we receive over 2500 contacts per year on average.
What we are appealing for you to do, if or when the time is right for you, is to consider remembering us in your Will so that we can meet this challenge head on and provide more support for many more carers of future generations of families in Islington.
This means that each and every legacy or donation, however large or small, we receive will make a truly enormous impact to carers through the services we provide and will help give the lives of many carers a real and much needed boost.
You can donate money now to help develop and pay for the services Islington Carers Centre provides.

| £12 | will pay for 50 information leaflets |
| £15 | will pay for a carer to have a therapy session |
| £15 | will pay for an advice session |

| £50 | will pay for 10 carers to attend an information workshop |
